This is by far the worst property management company we have ever dealt with. The communal areas are not cleaned regularly, and there is no proper parking management in place. Cars are frequently parked in emergency access spots, creating serious safety concerns. Instead of actively managing the situation, residents are told to call the company themselves when vehicles are parked illegally. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. We have repeatedly been promised that the situation will improve, but nothing ever changes. The level of service provided does not meet basic expectations for property management. There is only one member on site daily to clean the communal areas yet this staff member does not have a sweeping brush, which is a necessity if your job is to clean, this particular staff can very rude and abrupt when dealing with residents.

Unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed with the company’s performance. It is responsible for maintaining our area, but in reality it limits itself to empty promises. There are no real actions, and emails and enquiries go unanswered. At the same time, payments for services are charged regularly and at a fairly high rate, even though the services themselves are effectively not provided. It feels like residents are being completely ignored. I do not recommend this company

Extremely poor service and lack of accountability. This company has managed our estate for over a year, during which no meaningful progress was made—not even on basic tasks. We raised several urgent issues that required immediate resolution and were repeatedly told to “leave it with them.” Following that, there was no action taken for an entire year. We sent multiple follow-ups and even provided a clear to-do list, yet none of the items were addressed. Communication is ineffective, with emails often receiving automated responses and account managers frequently unavailable due to “annual leave.” Despite this, fees—often excessive—were charged promptly. Given that this company positions itself among the most expensive providers in the market, the lack of delivery, ownership, and value is unacceptable. We do not recommend their services.

We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by this maintenance company. Despite paying significant fees, our estate is consistently neglected and feels completely abandoned. Repeated issues are raised, yet we are met only with promises that are never followed by action. Communication is poor, responses are delayed or non-existent, and problems remain unresolved for long periods of time. Even basic maintenance and safety concerns are ignored. It is unacceptable to continue paying for a service that is clearly not being delivered. Residents deserve reliability, accountability, and visible results - none of which we have experienced. We sincerely hope the company either begins to carry out its responsibilities properly and consistently, or we will have no choice but to consider changing to a maintenance provider that takes its duties seriously.

I find the team at Schnittger Bourne hard working and very honest, with the residents and property owners’ interests 100% at heart. We have a lot going on, they’re helpful and don’t shirk on their responsibilities.
