The origin story

Selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make. Yet agent selection is still often based on guesswork, advertising visibility, or who shouts the loudest.

After 8 years working in and around the industry, I kept seeing the same pattern: strong agents were overlooked while weaker options won attention through marketing spend.
