AgentCompare is free for sellers. Rankings stay independent, and sellers stay in control of when they want to speak to an estate agent.
Free for sellers
There is no charge for sellers to compare agents, request a shortlist, or ask for a Concierge Review.
Independent rankings
Ranking positions follow the same published scorecard and are never sold.
Qualified introductions
If a seller chooses to be introduced to an estate agent, that agent may pay AgentCompare a flat fee for that qualified introduction. Payment never affects rankings or recommendations.
How does the business work?
AgentCompare helps sellers narrow down their options first, privately and without pressure. If a seller wants to move forward, we can make a direct introduction to an estate agent they choose.
We may earn a flat fee from the agent for that qualified introduction. We do not sell ranking positions, and we do not charge sellers to use the platform.
Our goal is to keep the service free for sellers while making sure recommendations stay useful, independent, and seller-first.
