Your cancellation period

You normally have 14 days from agreeing the service contract. We stop further outreach when your notice is received. If you expressly requested an early start, any payment retained must be proportionate to work supplied before your notice, based on the agreed €29.99 price. Without that request and the required information, no cost is charged for work supplied during the period.

With the required early-start request and acknowledgement, the change-of-mind right ends on full performance. Other statutory rights, including remedies where the service was not supplied as agreed, remain. Any refund due is returned without undue delay and within the applicable 14-day period using your original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
