Our algorithm selects 3 agents: Local Expert (closest), Top Rated (best weighted review score), and Most Active (highest review volume).
3. Seller chooses contact path
Seller starts with one agency first by default, with optional shared Top 3 contact.
4. Safety net if needed
If needed, runners-up remain saved and can be introduced later (manual/concierge-assisted).

Do you send my details to multiple agents?
By default, sellers choose one agency first. Sellers can also explicitly opt in to let all Top 3 shortlisted agencies contact them.
How are seller introductions handled?
If a seller chooses to be introduced to an estate agent, AgentCompare may charge a flat fee for that qualified introduction. Any commercial fee is kept separate from ranking logic and never affects ranking order.
How do you verify leads?
For seller enquiries, we use phone verification to reduce bots and fake enquiries.
How are Top Rated results decided?
Top Rated is calculated from published ranking signals, including review quality and review volume.
How quickly can my profile be updated?
Usually within a few business days once we have your latest details and verification information.
Can I opt out or remove my listing?
Yes. If you want your profile removed or corrected, contact us and we will sort it.
