1. About the service
AgentCompare.ie provides information and tools to help users in Ireland compare property specialists for selling, buying, letting, and property management. We are not an estate agent, broker, or property manager, and we do not provide legal, financial, or valuation advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. By using AgentCompare.ie, you confirm that any information you submit is accurate and up to date.
3. Listings, reviews, and third-party content
Agent profiles, reviews, and ratings may come from third-party sources. We do not control third-party content and cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. You should verify important information directly with the relevant agent or official sources.
4. Valuation requests and communications
When you request a valuation, the default journey is one agency first. You may also choose an optional shared contact mode where up to three shortlisted agencies can contact you after explicit consent. We do not guarantee that any agent will respond, quote, or provide services. Any agreement you enter into with an agent is solely between you and that agent.
Letting and property management requests are manually reviewed before introductions are made. We do not guarantee availability, response times, or pricing from third-party providers.
If an agency declines, does not respond, or shared delivery fails for operational reasons, AgentCompare may offer alternatives or manual follow-up.
If you choose the optional mortgage review checkbox, you agree that we may share your contact details and relevant property context with our QFA-approved mortgage partner panel so they can contact you directly.
Concierge follow-up is optional and only sent when you explicitly request it.
5. Fees
The service is free for property sellers. If a seller asks to be introduced to an estate agent, AgentCompare may charge the agent a flat fee for that qualified introduction. Any such commercial arrangement does not affect ranking order or shortlist placement.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site or attempt to access it using automated methods that may disrupt service.
- Do not copy, scrape, or republish content without permission.
- Do not submit false or misleading information.
7. Intellectual property
The AgentCompare.ie website, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the information provided.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentCompare.ie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from dealings with agents listed on the site.
10. Changes to the service or terms
We may update the site or these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ireland.
