Eligibility rules
- Valid and active PSRA licence at adjudication time.
- Minimum 15 Google reviews.
- Minimum Google rating of 4.2.
- Minimum inquiry response rate of 85% during the review window.
- District award candidates must show meaningful coverage in that district.
Tie-break order
- 1. Higher Customer Reviews pillar score.
- 2. Higher Responsiveness pillar score.
- 3. Higher raw Google review count.
- 4. Higher Google rating.
- 5. Earliest timestamp of satisfying all eligibility criteria.
