My initial contact was with the Bray branch who did a Fair Deal and a probate valuation and I was more than happy to stick with them for the sale. The Greystones branch had opened in the interim and it was Ed who handled the sale. He may have regretted it as it became an endurance marathon due to various complications, but he was never less than supportive, helpful and communicative all along the journey. He was also always able to supply suitable contacts for garden work, extra surveys etc, which was great as I left the area over forty years ago.
