Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Oates while going sale agreed on a property in Athlone. During the process, significant issues with the house were not disclosed. When I raised these concerns with Oates, I was told they were merely "rumors." However, after speaking directly with neighbors, I was able to confirm that the issues were real and known locally. Despite my efforts to obtain evidence that the problems had been resolved after the sale agreed, none was provided. Then, unexpectedly and without clear explanation, the vendor cancelled the deal at the last minute. Overall, the lack of transparency and communication left me feeling misled and frustrated.
