I had a great experience working with Stan over a number of years. I was based overseas when I hired Stan to manage the renting of my house back home. He did an amazing job finding top quality tenants and in general - by that I mean he was just a very nice guy to deal with, always found decent, nice, reliable people to stay and who treated it like their own. I recently sold that house but didn’t use Stan’s service, I regret this and I’ve learned a lesson - the lesson is don’t break relationships with good people that you know do right by you. If I was to revisit my decision I would 100% have gone with Stan. Anyway big thumbs up from me for Stan’s way of doing business

Stan Bradbury stands for what all professional auctioneers should do. I used Stan to sell my property in Athlone. It was a difficult property to sell as its features would not have suited many traditional buyers. Stan listened to what my selling needs were and set out a sales plan for the property once he understood the not so obvious and somewhat hidden advantages of the property for a buyer.
