We have now bought two houses and sold one through Mitchell Douglas and I can't say enough about how amazing Sharon and Margaret have been. Other agents, from an agency that shall remain nameless, put us through hell, using our bids to jack up house prices and playing games with us. There was no such game playing with Sharon. She was straight, direct and responsive. She gave us sound advice when it came to the potential buyers of our house and we could not have gotten our dream house without them. Five stars all around. Could not recommend them more.

I Had a terrible experience with them.I was invited to view an apartment.I went there 10 mins before the decided time slot and waited for 30 mins .No one showed up .These people are very unprofessional and time wasters .

Unprofessional and rude. I was advised to report Sharon for issues that arose during my tenancy to the RTB but did not as was afraid of being kicked out of the property we were renting. Unfortunately due to the housing crisis, agents like this get away with whatever they like so I write this as a warning to any tenants who may have to deal with this agent of her unprofessional and rude behavior which after speaking to a number of people, is not an isolated incident. To any landlord please avoid if you want to handle your business with any integrity.

Arranged to meet Sharon to view a property in Newtown Mount Kennedy and she never showed up, unfortunately there was another family there to view the same house and they were also unable to contact her. Despite leaving voicemail she never returned the call and when I did get to to speak to her a couple of days later, this charming lady hung up the phone on me!

Mitchell Douglas have let a few properties for me. I found them really professional and efficient . They have a very good knowledge of both the sales and rental market.
