We asked five estate agents to come and look at a house we were selling, including Lavelle's. Of the five, we chose Lavelle's as Joanne got back to us the fastest with a considered assessment of the sale and details of how they would proceed. At all times we felt that we were being kept up-to-date and fully informed by the Lavelle team on the latest developments, and that they were proactively searching for buyers (At one point, on a call to tell us that a sale had fallen through as the potential buyer had pulled out, they also informed that they had found another buyer).
