If I could give zero stars I would. Rude on the phone. Listings not updated. Condescending, short, too busy through multiple calls to answer simple questions. We are literally in the market to buy right now and we expect at least info - I would think a seller listing their property would want the agent to actually to talk to people calling on properties. I bet these “agents” expect people to treat them better when they need help…maybe they are friendly with someone - certainly not friendly with me.
