My partner and I are first time buyers. In this market which is already hard, our experience sometimes hasn't been too good. From being completely ignored, to automated replies, clearly not reading emails asking the same questions to just about opening the door to let you in, some agents are lacking to say the least. However we've dealt with Brian on viewing a property in Duleek and it was the complete opposite experience. Just straight up common decency. Straightforward clear communication. Fairness. No fluffing. Just to have that clear communication alone is a great help when you're in an already tricky situation. Very much appreciated. A gentleman.

The worst agency ever! Agents blatantly ignore the tenant and when confronted about it they are making up rules on the spot that are not even included in the lease agreement and will do anything to avoid accountability for their own mistakes! STAY CLEAR!!!
