Absolutely horrendous and very unprofessional Made an enquiry about a property for sale and from the moment I interacted with Tina Gallagher the agent. She was extremely disrespectful and engaged in vicious pressure selling and very forceful attitude and clearly thinking of her commission. A property is a a very significant investment and the way I was treated was like as if I was buying a garden shed from a diy store. Avoid this one like the plague as you will be treated like dirt. Management should pay more close attention to conduct of there staff as first impressions is extremely important and leaves a lasting impression in either a positive or negative way and sadly very negative in this case

Had the pleasure of dealing with Tina from DNG Begley with the purchase of our new home. Tina was always available on the end of a phone call or text ,we had a very long drawn out sale not her fault and we found her very thorough and talked us through different scenarios and we felt very at ease with her. She made the process less stressful, always available to answer our calls and promptly responding to emails. The photographer from DNG also did an excellent job capturing the property with high-quality photos and videos. As we were living in the house during the sale, we especially appreciated Tina's regular updates—particularly regarding viewings and feedback from potential buyers. Very disappointing experience with DNG Athlone. My son was treated very disrespectfully when he tried to discuss the return of our €800 deposit. The agent spoke to him in a humiliating and unprofessional way, refusing to listen or give us a fair chance to resolve the issue. We left the property clean and in good condition, and any small things could have easily been fixed. Instead, we were blamed for problems that already existed, like mould and dampness. We felt completely disrespected and unfairly treated. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

I recently bought my first house via DNG Begley. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Tina was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. I'm a first time buyer and had lots of questions which Tina was more than happy to help me with. She even advised on getting builders to view the property with me and was very obliging in organising viewings to match up with the builder's time schedule. Tina was always at the other end of the phone, responding very quickly to any queries. Apart from that Tina is so personable and warm.
