Incredibly non client centered bad service. They are currently selling a property in 3 Rehoboth Court, South City Centre, Dublin 8. I wanted to view it using a video call as I'm not in Dublin. We are very interested and cash buyers. Michael is refusing, claiming he's too busy whilst in the property and between viewings to facilitate a 'short 5 to 10 minute call. It is not fair to ask friends to take the responsibility of a viewing for a €250 K plus purchase . have been following up with him for two weeks and he said he's made his position clear and is too busy to assist. How is this representing the selle. I wouldn't retain an estate agent who acted like this.
