Only great things to say about Trading Places, particularly since we starting dealing with Adrienne with our letting a few years back. Adrienne made sure all our issues & needs were met and was fantastic throughout. I would like to highlight the sense of security provided by Adrienne with consistent communication, providing that human touch, speed of response with any issues, feedback, advice etc. - all was greatly appreciated by us both. Our lease period was certainly improved with Adrienne as our point of contact. Can only recommend, due to our experiences as shown above.

I've have only good things to say about Trading Places! This is the second time that I have rented a property that was managed or let out by Trading Places and both times I've had positive experiences. The current house I live in was advertised by Trading Places on behalf of a landlord. I went to a viewing on a Wednesday morning and I had the keys in my hand less than 48 hours, just in time to start moving on the weekend! Orla and Janet were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. They were friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. It was very easy to contact them with any questions before and after we were selected for this property. They worked quickly to accommodate my partner and I getting the keys and moving it before the start of a weekend. Orla and Janet are absolute stars! In the past I've also had a great experience with Emma who managed the previous property that I was living in. Overall, I'd recommend Trading Places to anyone considering renting from them or using them to manage a rental property

Twice i've looked for an apartment here in Cork and both times Jean, Orla and the team at Trading Places have delivered superbly. Huge thanks to them. They are very good at what they do.
