We had a fantastic experience with SOC Property, in this case we were buying a property. Mary was a fantastic person to work with throughout the entire process. She had a deep knowledge on the property and area. She was always very helpful, gave us a lot of time and very flexible. She responded to all our queries promptly over phone, mail and WhatsApp and gave us some great advice on the next steps once we had gone sale agreed on the property. I would strongly recommend them if you are a potential buyer/seller in the area.

We placed our house for sale with SOC Properties. The advertisement went live late on the Wednesday afternoon with Daft and we had our first viewing arranged on the following Monday for Tuesday morning. On Wednesday morning we got a great offer well over asking price and went sale agreed by the end of the week. We had told John we didn’t want a bidding war with potential buyers as we had been through that trauma ourselves. Key points: John found the right buyer. We got a good price so were very happy. The whole process was very straightforward as John was a great conduit between ourselves and the buyers for any queries that arose. We had a great service by John and the team!
