I recently sold my house through Sherry Fitzgerald Clane and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, Gero Gannon was professional and incredibly helpful. Selling a home can be stressful, but he always remained claim, kept me reassured, and guided me through the process. Communication was excellent and any questions I had were answered promptly and honestly. His professionalism and calm manner help during the stressful process. Very bad experience with a lady named Olivia in this letting agency so I can only speak about my experience with her on behalf of this business . I was invited to a viewing of a house I expressed my interest in and got no response after a couple of days which I don’t mind ..what I minded was a couple of days later the property was posted again, so I emailed and asked her if the property was up again and if she could help me understand why I wasn’t considered for the property just for my own self in the future when apply for places. I got no response. A couple of days later I seen another ad and applied for a different property with this same letting agent. I was told at 12:30 the property was available and viewings would be the next day to send my information. Once Olivia seen it was myself who had applied she replied at 1pm and told me the property was under offer. I rang a couple of minutes later to ask why I was told it was available and then a couple of minutes later after finding out it was me was told it was gone , she had no good answer to give only that it was gone. Very unprofessional and left me feeling like there was something wrong with me. I have since found a home for my daughter thankfully for though an amazing letting agency. I have stopped myself from posting this review for a couple of months but still today I’m very hurt by it and feel like Olivia herself was very discriminating towards me for whatever reason. I understand the renting crisis in Ireland at the moment but there is no need to waste peoples time the way she wasted mine I would recommend anybody to avoid this letting agency purely of my experience with Olivia
