Great at reeling you in is Olivia, but she will disappear the minute an issue surfaces that she is required by normal procedure to address. Sums up our experience at the hands of O'Neill Sherry FitzGerald trying to sell us a house near Glengarriff, County Cork. Waste of time. Even a reporter with the Irish Independent Newspaper reached out to us in sympathy about what they did. The article is searchable via google.
