I would highly recommend Sherry FitzGerald for anyone buying or selling a home. We recently sold our house, and Ed Nepean was our auctioneer. He made the whole process stress-free, was always available to answer our questions, and kept us regularly updated on the progress. I recently completed the sale of my house led by Sean McGee in Sherry Fitz. From the initial meeting, where very helpful guidance and tips was provided, to organising the viewings around times that suited me, I always felt like i was getting the very best possible service. After each open viewing, Sean was very quick to summarise the interest and give his opinion on whether offers would follow. After going sale agreed, he checked in regularly with me to update on progress with the sale and how to ensure the sale would proceed smoothly. The 'My Sherry Fitz' tool for interested buyers to make bids online 24/7 and for sellers to receive these offers immediately cuts out all the back and forth that happens with other estate agents and ensures a much quicker and transparent process for all sides of the sale. I highly recommend Sherry Fitz and would be the only choice for me if I was looking for an estate agent in the future.

I have dealt with Ed Nepean from Sherry Fitzgerald in Limerick on a couple of occasions in relation to house sales & I couldn't recommend him/Sherry enough. We recently sold a property and bought a property via the Sherry Fitz Limerick team. Initially we were quite overwhelmed at the prospects of a chain and all the challenges that can go with it. Luckily, the Sherry Fitz team that we dealt with were absolutely fantastic, so we needn't have been so anxious. On the selling of our house, Sean McGee was excellent to deal with. Sean kept in regular contact throughout the process so that we were never left in the dark. A great no-nonsense communicator. On the purchase of our new house Ed Napean was very helpful. Again, frequent contact and super helpful right through to closing. And last but certainly not least Julie O'Doherty kept everything ticking over nicely right from day one when we expressed an interest in potentially selling.
