The estate agent Michael o’Neil was selling our apartment while he was an estate agent at Sherry Fitz Dublin 6. What can we say? 1 star speaks for itself. We were greatly surprised, however, when we saw him as a branch manager at Sherry Fitz D1 office. It seems that only an individual with a certain proved qualities can lead such an agency. Unfortunately, google does not publish negative reviews hence the high rating of the agency.

Regarding the review below from Ronson Health Center, it is a genuine review. Your office had all the opportunity for years to provide an honest and meaningful response to the complaint. Instead, you chose to provide vague wording that you neither can confirm nor deny statements from your agent which led to your client material loss. Your agency has no idea what the real estate professional code of ethics is or what professional code of conduct implies. All you mastered is how to navigate in the market where regulatory gaps allow you to manipulate your clients to your advantage .

Our experience with Sherry FITZ overall and Michael was far from perfect (to put it lightly). And our complaint to their customer service led to nowhere. They just cover up their agents wrongdoings as you can imagine. Next step was to file the case to PSRA; hower, investigation takes literally decades.

Have dealt with Paul Taylor on several occasions. Always find him extremely courteous, willing to work with me as a Buyer's Agent and his calm, easy nature makes the bidding/purchasing process a pleasure!
