I had a positive experience working with Grace Hanley from Savills. Savills were managing the property where we were staying on rent. We had to relocate due to change in personal circumstances. Grace was proactive in explaining about the terms of breaking the lease and made my request to transfer the lease happen on short-notice. They both offered helpful advice in preparing the presenting the property and had an intuitive sense about which buyers presented strong possibilities. They brought plenty of helpful experience and were solid communicators and always seemed to have our interests most at heart. Most importantly, they were able to develop a very successful strategy at setting the price for the property and the final amount we received was above what we had anticipated.
