I had the unfortunate experience of renting a room in Limerick from Tracey Reidy, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with her. Despite being an Auctioneer, she engages in private, unregistered rentals, which goes against the very laws she is supposed to uphold as a professional in the industry. From the start, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She rented out the room without proper registration, forcing me to pay rent in cash and refusing to provide any receipts or proof of payment. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable, especially from someone who should know better. To make matters worse, when I moved out, she refused to return my deposit without any valid explanation. This was an incredibly frustrating and unfair experience, and I hope no one else has to go through the same. Tracey Reidy should be held accountable by the relevant rental authorities in Ireland for her unethical practices. I urge anyone considering renting from her to think twice and avoid the stress and mistreatment I endured.
