Very poor service and questionable work ethics. Here's how my short experience with this company was like: I was in search of a rental property and I found one in Kells, CO. Meath, managed by this company. Upon my initial message on daft.ie, I have received an email regarding the viewing, which clearly stated date and time and requested confirmation, which I did straight away. On the day of the viewing, I took half a day off from work, drove all the way from Dublin to Kells. There was not anybody in the property so I called their office to ask what the story is. The receptionist has informed me that there has been a mistake and the viewing was at 4pm, not at 4:30 as stated in the email (screenshot). Again, I have acknowledged this email stating I will be there on 7th at 16:30. Knowing it was not receptionist's fault I left my number and requested a call from the agent who had originally invited me for the viewing. As of 20th of August there hasn't been any kind of contact or at least "apologies for the inconvenience" kind of message. This incident can be classified as "negligent misstatement causing loss" arising from the fact that their invitation meant they owed me duty of care. I would like to conclude this review with a question: Does this firm sound reliable enough to shake hands on a €500k deal? Does their conduct sound trustworthy that they will accept failure and amend the situation in case of a typo (my situation was called so by the receptionist). In the current market conditions people do not have neither time nor money for such time wasters. Hence the review.
