I don’t normally leave reviews unless it’s a very poor or very good experience.We recently sold a property in Blackrock working with Patricia and Louise . Our experience from start to finish was excellent. We achieved a price over our expectations and above the highest price of a house sold on the same road just months earlier , which itself was a record and at very competitive fee’s. Tricia seemed to be able to “sell” the house without being too pushy with buyers . Ultimately to get the best price you need at least 2 motivated buyers to bid competitively and that’s what we got .
