Paul recently sold our house and I would definitely recommend him. He explained the whole process to us at the start and then organised the photographer, video and viewings. Our place was Sale Agreed about 2 weeks later. Over the next couple of months he was very helpful with keeping the process moving and getting the contracts signed.
