I think if you want a quick sale, then this is the company to use! However, you may end up getting €60,000 less than what your property is actually worth. Selling a property takes time and possibly needs to be shown to 10 to 15 different potential buyers. I believe that most Auctioneers and estate agents are not prepared to put the work in and are only looking for a " quick flip". Therefore, they frequently under-value a property to achieve this. In fast, and out fast! The idea that they want to get you the highest price because they are on a percentage commission is an 'illusion'. Here, they want to get you the highest price for the least amount of work! Here, this price can well be tens of thousands less than the real market value! Tip. 1. Give yourself lots of time to sell so that you get the best price. 2. Get a valuation from five or six different agents but remember that they all may be playing the same game! 3. Do not get LOCKED into a sales agreement that is open ended. Set an agreed time period. Example, if not sold after 6 months at agreed price you get to walk away. Remember, any fool can sell a property for €50K less than market value!
