I put a bid on a property, next thing I heard (from driving passed the property) was the house was sold. They never came back advising someone else had put a higher bid. Have contacted them about other properties with ZERO communication from them. Shockingly poor customer service. I don’t even bother looking at houses once I see that they are the sellers.

I highly recommend Terrence, he is genuinely a good man to deal with. He was great with helping us out with our mortgage, he would even go beyond his way to help our mortgage process moving. Ann was also great with our inquiries. Both of them have great patience and were kind to us, which you really need especially dealing with mortgage, which is a stressful process.
