I know 2 honest parents of 2 kids really really well. What a nightmare of a property they bought from these Auctioneers. This house was damp everywhere The garage leaked right down on their good clothes which they had stored while they were doing extensive repairs to the dampest house I have ever seen. This caused this beautiful polish couple extreme stress. All their savings were emptied out and had to borrow more and more money to pay for the repairs to this dump I would call it . I was told Murphy and Browne tried to sell this property a few times and failed. These people's hearts are broken from the ongoing repairs. Major major problems. Bad windows, all walks had to be hacked and insulated and replasteded. Floors likewise. Attic reinsulated. Electrics were in a dangerous condition. The well water system was never serviced. Another 2000. The water was not fit for drinking. Drains and piping for stormwater and wastewater in poor condition. There is a building on to the mainhouse with 3 rooms and a toilet . Now there is a leak there underground. One can hear it. The oil bills were enormous as a new baby was on the way. What a shack not fit for human habitation. I witnessed all this. 2 vulnerable were taken advantage of in my opinion. They are considering flattening the building attached on to the main house. Shots had been replaced. The timbers coming down below the slates are rotten. I would not put my dog in there. These Auctioneers have a lot to answer for. This couple had to endure unbearable stress levels as well as putting themselves under unnecessary financial stress. I myself had been involved in building a property of 5000 square feet near Kildorrery. So I know what I am talking about. Plenty of evidence to back up my review. I myself would not buy a dogs house from these Auctioneers. Somebody was not at all truthful as you would expect an auctioneer would. What a shit hole another local auctioneer called. So this is my 100% true story. I myself helped these people every way I could. I witnessed every hour and day of this horrific nightmare. So so so sorry for this genuine honest couple . I cold not live with this on my conscience. John

I would advise anyone not to buy or rent castlewood apartments in bridge Street mallow co cork. Reasons the roof is leaking very severely there is 14 apartments in the block. Most of them are Leaking wet and very cold and have a green scab on ceilings and walls
