We are currently living abroad and had decided to sell our home, which had been vacant for some time. McPeake Auctioneers handled the sale for us, and we truly cannot recommend them highly enough. Being out of the country, we were naturally concerned about managing everything from a distance. However, the ladies in the office took care of absolutely everything, giving us complete peace of mind throughout the process. During a storm in Ireland, a leak developed in the property. The team noticed it quickly and immediately arranged for an inspection and repair. Over the Christmas period, there was also a break-in, despite the house being completely empty. Once again, they responded promptly and organised the repair of the broken back door window without delay. Having such a trustworthy, proactive team on the ground, with excellent local contacts and the ability to act quickly, was invaluable to us. We are incredibly grateful for their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. We would wholeheartedly recommend McPeake Auctioneers to anyone looking to sell their property.

I gave an offer for Apartment 2, Curragh Hall Wood, Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15, D15E392 and viewed the house twice. Also for the second viewing Jana confirmed that I had the highest offer but Hilary never responded my emails as you can see the SS. However the house is appears as sale agreed. You have no right to make fun of people's hopes of buying a house one day. Hoping we never meet again.
