I recently sold my property through Mark Kelly Property and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I spoke with two other agents offering the same rate, but Mark was clearly the right choice from the start. He’s someone genuinely building his own brand, and you can tell he truly cares about doing the best for his clients. Given all the horror stories you often hear about estate agents, my experience was the complete opposite. Mark was a dream to deal with. I’m also buying a property through a different agent right now, and that contrast really highlights how professional and attentive mark is. He kept me fully informed throughout the entire sale, never overpromised, and was refreshingly realistic, shoot low but aim high definitely sums up his approach. He’s clearly very experienced, avoids the bad habits common in the industry, and genuinely goes the extra mile. He even helped me source reliable local contractors for a few small jobs. Mark knows the area inside out and it shows. I never normally leave Google reviews, but given how positive this experience was, it would feel wrong not to. Mark comes highly recommended.
