If you think about good service in rental services, I can assure you from my experience that Granahan Estates is 10 steps ahead of this!! It was not only smooth, safe, and reliable transaction, but also you definitely stay assured that Irma and Margaret really care about the client and want to help you with everything and take care of you in the whole process in the most professional and friendly way. I'm so delighted that I got to rent a flat with them. Already in their office, you can feel like home. Very warm, friendly, and helpful atmosphere. It is so unusual and great, especially in such a fast paced industry!! Thank you so much Margaret and Irma, you have a great company, I wish you a lot of success :)

I had a very disturbing experience with Armando Boduljac at 4 Villa Bank, Royal Canal Bank, Dublin 7 30.05.2025 He approached me and my boyfriend with three aggressive men. They physically intimidated us, and during the altercation, he took my phone to prevent me from calling the Garda. I managed to escape, but my boyfriend was assaulted in the process. To add to this distressing situation, Armando changed the locks on our door illegally, despite our one-year rental contract. I strongly advise against dealing with him, as his actions are not only unprofessional but also unlawful and dangerous!

Margaret is a star! 🤩 she was highly recommended to me and she went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, affordable, and as a woman traveling alone she made sure I was safe in my accommodation. Margaret personally came with me to inspect the apartment and show me how the keys worked (bit different from Canada). After showing me a bit of the neighborhood and pointing out grocery stores and restaurants she followed up with messages checking in to see how I was making out. I always felt free to call or message her with questions and she was quick at problem solving. I hope the next time I visit Dublin I have the chance for Margaret to look after me! 💚

Margaret recently helped secure an apartment for myself and partner in Dublin city. Margaret was very helpful, getting everything sorted quickly and giving us a hand with getting additional like parking and electricity set up.
