I just wanted to come on here now that things have calmed down for us and we are well settled in since getting our keys Nov 2023 to our first home. Lloyds office being the estate agent selling the property. We couldn’t be happier from start to finish the process ran so smoothly for us and that comes down to Lloyd and his office for being so efficient and answering any queries we had right away. We got our keys 8weeks after becoming sale agreed. There was no messing around like several other estate agents we dealt with along the way. Lloyd got straight to the point, we viewed the property on a Thursday I think and we were lucky to get the answer of ‘sale agreed’ the following Tuesday after. I can’t recommend Lloyd enough, he also sold my Grandads house back in the year 2000 I believe with no problems there either . Thanks again to Lloyd and team Rachel & Michael:)

We recently sold our house with Lloyd and couldn't be happier with how it went. Looking back, I don't think any delays in the process were due to them - as they were very prompt to share information when it became available.

I had a terrible experience with this real estate agent, and I want to warn others to avoid falling into the same trap. This agent held onto my deposit for a year with no intention of fulfilling his promises.
