I cannot recommend more Roy. Since the beginning of our house hunt and with a limited budget he have shown us some properties. Phoned Roy yesterday to find out the price of a plot and was told to go and view it myself, and then when I asked the pice of the current bid, I would not be given that information. That I should make a bid and I would either be told higher or not. Seem like this is is not transparent at all and lacks professionalism. What happened to laws passed about this some time back, seems to be the wild west in the property sector again?
