I had the good fortune of using Keane Mahony and Smith for the second time in my life recently. On both occasions Conor Brogan was the auctioneer who handled the process. From day 1 he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was a problem. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. We knew, to the cent, what the costs involved would be so you knew what expenses were going to be incurred. The final bill was just as had been agreed. He kept you informed at all times with whatever bids were coming in and he left all the decisions to us on what route to take. I could not recommend him highly enough for his professionalism, dedication and respect both to the purchasers as well as the sellers. He was always available to take a call even the day before his wedding! He could email you at anytime so be prepared for messages long after closing time!! I would definitely recommend KMS if you are thinking of buying or selling in Galway.
