The process took some time as it was a probate sale, but Edel kept me informed at every stage with big and small updates. Edel and John Keane sold our house recently in Wexford .We found them both to be extremely professional,attentive, reliable and efficient in our dealings with them .They gave us great confidence from the get go that they would achieve a successful outcome in the sale of our property .They have vast experience in selling property in Wexford and know the market well . Initially Edel came to the house and gave us invaluable advice on how to best show it off to achieve maximum effect . Their photographer did a stellar job subsequently with video and photography . The house was then marketed and posted online in a very timely manner getting exposure to a vast amount of property websites , both national and international and other social media platforms. Subsequently we got regular and prompt updates on the level of interest and offers from interested buyers along with their invaluable advice on how best to proceed . They were at all times interested in achieving the best possible price for our property which they both negotiated in the end . Majella and the team in the office were a pleasure to deal with also at all times in dealing with our queries and informing us with adequate notice of upcoming viewings and emailing us to confirm offers that had been made . When we went “ sale agreed “ Edel was very hands on in ensuring that the sale progressed as expeditiously as possible including making regular contact with the legal teams on both sides and informing us of the outcome of her interactions .
