This is my second time dealing with Denis and I have to admit on both occasions I did find Denis's professionalism to be second to none. From start to finish he executed both sales with ease and I believe this is because off his manner in which he deals with both vendor and purchaser . Denis is very responsive during the sale. I rarely leave a negative review, I’d rather address issues directly. However, I actually felt intimidated by Denis Harrington’s behaviour, and I would not recommend this estate agent. I’m even concerned leaving this review, but as a woman, I feel I must so others can make an informed decision when using this agent.
