Very impressed with the professional service of the Haines team. While looking for properties in Dublin can be stressful, they are calm, welcoming and took the time to answer all my questions. Many other estate agents could take a page out of the Haines book- excellent to deal with - thanks!

Overall decent experience. Staff are friendly enough & easy to deal with. Communication could be better in some cases. It is very hard to get anything done if the landlord/owner of the property doesn't want to spend any money. We were left in the dark when we asked multiple times for someone to come out and fix/insulate the bad windows. Communication could be better but overall decent experience with haines

My partner and I recently purchased a house through Barry Finnegan and the Haines team. Our experience was excellent. The purchase was very complicated, as the house was going through Probate, but Barry and his team were fantastic and dealt with any queries quickly and efficiently. We couldn't have been happier with the service provided and would definitely recommend Haines to others who are buying or selling a property.

BEWARE IF YOU ARE A TENANT - If I could give this company a zero I would! Appalling customer service towards tenants and pure lack of basic human decency. Never came to fix issues which were reported numerous times, left us with no fridge/freezer for 4 days with no concern with what happened to our food stock. Quick to accuse you of late payment of rent and no apology when it was an error on their end. They absolutely do not have the tenants best interest at the forefront, Their only concern is recieving your money and are paired up perfectly with money hungry landlords who are 100% taking advantage of the situation renters are in during this housing crisis.
