Richard and his team have helped me sell my apartment. It has been a long journey, lots of disappointments and obstacles on this journey. Richard has been nothing but positive, helpful and always has a plan of action for worst case scenario. He will always answer your phone calls, your questions. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He’s is great to have on your team. I don’t think I would have sold my apartment had it not been for him and his endless efforts and professionalism.

I have availed of the services of Flynn Estate Agents, and in particular David Quirke, 3 times over the years, when buying and selling houses. Just Sold our House using Flynn and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. Firstly, David and the team are incredibly good at what they do... BUT when I compare them to the Estate Agents we previously used - or to those who showed us Properties that we Viewed - the contrast is stark! David was friendly and responsive from day one - likewise Kimberly & co. in Admin - and showed a genuine hunger to get our place Sold. You never get the impression that you're just another deal that will close regardless because of our housing shortage. A pet peeve of mine is when someone Selling something doesn't know their Product or Service inside out... If you've ever viewed a Property you'll no doubt have heard something along the lines of 'Take a look around and come back to me if you've any questions'. This is kind of professional nonchalance is bad enough, but when the Agent then can't readily answer a question and has to 'come back to you on that one' it really should be a red flag. On the walkthrough of our house, David pointed at everything, asked questions and took notes (including on Potential Upgrades such as Conversions / Extensions) so that he could actively Sell the House and Answer Questions to Buyers who he knows will have lots of other Viewings lined up. Can't. Recommend. Enough.
