Estate Agents Dublin - Howley Souhan

I got up early last Saturday morning to view two properties with Howley Souhan at the Iona. The agent was a no-show, moreover there were no other prospective buyers there so I can only assume the viewings were cancelled and I was not informed. The agent also failed to reply to my subsequent email. The housing market is pretty bleak at the moment as it is, and this sort of behaviour just adds insult to injury. Simply unacceptable. Do better.

Recently leased my property with MTS Property, and they had suitable tenants within one day. They are an excellent agency to work with, and I would highly recommend them. Louise and Sara are always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They are so professional in all their dealings. It’s wonderful to know that my property is in such good hands. MTS have been managing my rental property for eleven years and I have zero complaints. They are extremely responsive and one of the things I like most is their practical approach to maintenance of the property. Over the years they have engaged tradesmen to work on all sorts of general maintenance issues and the work is always done well, on time and with reasonable pricing e.g. they had a washing machine repaired rather than going down the 'buy a new one' route. I am so glad I found out about MTS when I was starting to rent my house, I have never regretted this decision.

Louise and her friendly and helpful staff at MTS have been managing and maintaining my properties for four years. Everything is managed efficiently, professionally and competently. Any problems that arise are dealt with as quickly as possible, which was especially appreciated during the pandemic. Having previously managed the properties myself I can appreciate the excellent service MTS provides.
