This agency seems to be loved by owners but as a tenant I had the most awful experience. I was made to sign a lease on 25th August, only to be told a month later that the landlord was selling the property — without ever receiving an official written notice. Instead of following proper procedures, the agency harassed us with constant phone calls, pressuring us to find a new place and to allow viewings, even offering money to do so. When we refused viewings (which was our legal right), we were aggressively accused of being inflexible and indirectly threatened with retaliation from the landlord. Still without any formal notice, I was told that if my flatmate left, I would not be allowed to replace them, and that I either had to pay the full rent alone or leave the property. Despite moving out at the agency’s convenience, the deposit was only returned after three weeks, and only after repeated calls and threats of legal action. Overall, a highly stressful experience marked by intimidation, poor communication, and complete disregard for tenants’ rights.

Barry was very professional in his approach, did all viewings, always answered the phone and provided help when necessary and ensured the sale was closed in a timely fashion.
