Dowling Property

Have had the pleasure of dealing with Dowling on 2 rental placements. Both times were a breeze and all communications were as clear as day. Will likely make use of Dowling when looking to buy a house one day

Many promises were made when signing the lease. But fixing a washing machine took weeks, a simple repair to the water tank took several days, and they wanted to charge €2,000 for a new one. I had to intervene and send a plumber, the repair was immediate and cost €80. The tenant moved out 22 days ago, and Dowling Property hasn't returned the key to the house, which has the only access to the garage. After the lease was signed, there was no further contact or feedback from the landlord.

Rented a house with Doweling property and on termination of the lease we waited months for our deposit which we have still not received in full. No valid reason other than the landlord needed to settle the deposit… I am shocked and appalled that the communication has dried up and there is no further attempt to resolve this even though they are the administrator of the contract.
