I have dealt with Josh and Pola both when purchasing and selling a property at different times over the last 12 months. Both were extremely professional, efficient and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of selling or purchasing to speak with them first.

Terrible to deal with as a potential buyer. Took close to a month to get a date for a viewing. When a viewing could be arranged it was all done with automated emails trying to ask us to use their mortgage broker. When we attended the viewing it was a free for all. No agent to meet us at the door so accidentally said hello to other viewers thinking they were the agent. Finally found the agent in the kitchen but she told us just to leave our number and continued talking about how she used to live near one of the viewers with that viewer. We have since received 3 more automated emails asking if we’d like to attend a viewing of the same property as if we were never there.

We recently moved into this house and we are very pleased with our new home. The place is spacious, bright, and welcoming, offering a warm atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Each room is well-organized and creates a sense of comfort and tranquility. The area is pleasant and close to everything we need on a daily basis. We are truly happy with this change and feel that it’s the perfect place for us. We would also like to thank the agent for the support and guidance offered throughout the process — their help made everything much easier.

I'm really happy with the help I received from Josh. He was very professional and made the process of selling and buying my property much easier. He was always available to answer my questions and kept me updated every step of the way. I appreciated his friendly attitude and support. I would definitely recommend him to others!
