We were mainly in contact with Stephanie and found her to be excellent to deal with - responsive, proactive and great communication throughout.

DFM acted for us in both the purchase of our new house and sale of our previous home in a “chain” transaction. Eugene and Stephanie are an excellent team and complement each other very well. Responsive, reliable and excellent knowledge of the D15 area. We relied on them for advice as much as service and are delighted with the outcome. We sold our property with DFM Castleknock in November 2022 dealing with Stephanie. Stephanie was very helpful and easy to deal with throughout the process, explaining next steps and answering all of our questions. We were comfortable she was looking after our best interests at all times. DFM and in particular Valerie were extremely helpful in getting our home rented. They answered all questions and concerns, gave very helpful advice, and I feel Valerie vetted perspective tenants like she would have done for her own home. Communication was always prompt, and all paperwork completed on our behalf, cleaners organized, showings, handovers, extra keys cut etc.. We received an excellent service and would recommend anyone letting to go through DFM.
