Booked Conway Auctioneers for a valuation of our new build property. It was easy to arrange the valuation over the phone and then send on a few more details via email. For a local house the valuation cost €184.50. Valuation report took 3 business days from date of valuation to be sent over. I would highly recommend them, they are so easy to work with and Alice in particular is excellent.
