Me and my wife recently sold our property through Karl and the team at Citywide. I cannot recommend enough how excellent they were. Karl was always available to discuss things and really went above and beyond during our sales process. We unfortunately had to pull out of our original sale (due to a chain) but thanks to Karl's experience and expertise, he guided us through our initial panic moment and provided incredibly professional advice where we were back on the market within a few months and sold at a better price. Karl provided us with a huge amount of peace of mind through his regular due diligence of the current market appetite, his strategy and ultimately his affable, friendly, supportive, professional and positive nature in marketing and closing the sales process. For example, he went out of his way to grab us a meter box key the day we moved to our new house knowing by the time we got there, all stores would be closed - as that's where we had to pick up the new house keys. That attention to detail is why we cannot recommend him and the team enough - its the personal touch. We would recommend Karl and his team for anyone seeking an estate agent who want a completely professional and personal service. If we could give 6 stars out of 5, we would.

I highly recommend this company. Karl sold our house in Dublin 8 and he was absolutely fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Really professional and great communication throughout. There were a few difficulties during the bidding and Karl dealt with them brilliantly. He gave great advice throughout and dealt with everything calmly and confidently. He was also very thorough during the viewings and in closing the sale. A lovely person to deal with, would definitely recommend.
