I went sale agreed on a property with Ben Thompson that was advertised as a 2-bed, 2-bath home. During the process, a surveyor informed us that the roof had significant structural issues and that the rooms described as bedrooms and one of the bathrooms were actually attic space and not classed as valid living areas.

Very disappointed with this estate agents, our estate agent was MacDara Hayden. He was absolutely useless, he didn’t answer a single question (we sent several emails) once we went sale agreed. During the viewing he actually lied about the fire regulation work that needed to be done. He told us absolutely nothing needed to be done to the apartment itself when quite a few things need to be done (as stated in the previously published fire regulation report from the management company). Really disappointed and will avoid using this estate agent at all costs in the future.
