However, after taking our deposit, they later informed us that the property had been given to someone else. This was extremely unprofessional and caused us unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Taking a deposit and then allocating the property to another party is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before dealing with this agency and to get everything clearly confirmed in writing.
