Initially I met with Nick with a view of renting out my property - it was so refreshing to meet someone that has such deep industry knowledge and experience, yet clearly was passionate about helping his clients meet their goals. Unlike with other estate agents I had met, Nick's approach quickly built trust and put me at ease. Nick delivered an exceptional media and marketing campaign which resulted in great interest in my property and he kept me updated on all progress. For various personal reasons, I quickly decided to sell my property rather than rent it out despite the great work Nick had already done on the rental front. When breaking this news to Nick, he again was such a pleasure - understanding and professional. I then met a number of estate agents with a view of selling, one of which was Tracy from Borgman Earls. Again, like was the case with Nick, Tracy's professionalism and experience was stand out in comparison to the other estate agents I had met. Tracy demonstrated that she had done plenty of research on local properties, and gave me a very thoughtful asking price strategy which was both ambitious but also geared towards engaging multiple bidders. Tracy delivered an outstanding media campaign, managed to leverage her professional relationships to have some fine tuning to the staging of the house done without me needing to lift a finger and then delivered a sale agreed price that exceeded expectations.
